Summer Conditioning Camp

Youth conditioning camp. This program is geared to boys and girls ages 10-14 who want to improve their fitness base. The camp will teach form drills for running and develop cardiovascular, muscular and core endurance.We will go on runs for 10-20 minutes depending on the group/individual abilities. The run will be followed by strength, core and flexibility workouts.Our low student to coach ratio will allow us to customize our sessions for each participant.Offered by Bonnie Sheehan and Mary Zengo.

Days:                         Monday - Thursday

Time:                         4:30 PM - 5:45 PM

                                  Monday will be 4:30 – 6:00 for baseline assessment testing.

Resident Fee:            $100.00 per session       NR Fee: $110.00

Registration for this program begins on 3/10 @ 9:00 AM.
