into fitness

Get “Into” Fitness!!  Make time for yourself, build strength and agility by functional performance training using relative body strength.  This class will improve flexibility, mobility, stability and overall core strength.  Exercises will include free weights, TRX, resistance bands, Kettlebells and many other fun movements.  This class will challenge those who have never thought about exercise to those who exercise daily.

 

 

 

Where:                         Comstock  Dance Studio

Day:                             Tuesday’s and Friday’s

Time:                            9:15 AM to 10:00 AM              

Spring Session:            Weeks of :  3/28 to 5/9

                                    6 weeks/2 session per week/time frame

No Class:                      4/19, 4/22                                           

Resident Fee:              $100.00        Non-Residents add $10.00
