This invigorating outdoor interval training program will improve your fitness base, boost your metabolism and improve your athletic performance by mixing high-intensity aerobic, strength and flexibility circuits with adequate recovery periods. variety of fitness exercises and equipment will be introduced each week , including walking and running drills, plyometrics, stadium stairs drills, balance, coordination, core conditioning and flexibility. bring water, a towel and a yoga mat.
