Zumba is an experience—All based on music and energy. Zumba is a dance fitness program that involves international rhythms; It’s a Party!!!! Participants of any fitness level, any background or any age can start Zumba right away. Dancers and non-dancers alike will benefit from this program. Zumba is a cardio-based workout with components of resistance/sculpting training to tone the entire body and achieve any desired fitness goals.

Time: 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM
Fall Session I: Weeks of : 9/23/10 to 11/18/1 (9 Sessions)

Resident Fee: $100.00 (fee to new enrollee, others with punch card, until finished
Non-Residents add $10.00
