Wilton HS wrestling coach John Foldeak is the director of the program.  2005 WHS graduate Jessie Koproski will be the instructor.  Jessie was the Norwalk Hour All-Area MVP 2004-2005 and a recent graduate of Hofstra University.  He will teach positions, take downs, set-ups, mat work drills and other techniques.  To register download registration form from www.wiltonparksandrec.org  then turn in with payment..  Learn positions, take downs, set-ups, mat work drills and other techniques.  Space is limited; Register soon!
