Yoga for Teens

Classes are designed to strength, tone muscles and increase flexibility. addition, you will learn ways to reduce mental stress and physical tension. Let Yoga erase fatigue, help you generate more energy, improve your posture and make you feel better about yourself!  Classes include warm-ups, breath work (Pranayama), yoga postures (Asana), relaxation and meditation.
